Dayana Tsvetkova
HATHA & RESTORATIVE YOGA
Dayana is the founder of Purna Yoga, a space rooted in presence, care, and the quiet power of personal practice. Her journey with yoga began in 2012 and gradually became a way of living — offering strength, steadiness, and emotional clarity.
Her approach has grown organically from her own experience of learning to care for herself, both physically and emotionally. This path has shaped a teaching style that is empathetic, grounded, and adaptable — where movement and stillness are equally honoured.
Before creating Purna Yoga, Dayana spent several years immersed in London’s vibrant yoga community. Today, she shares a nurturing and steady practice that invites each student to return to themselves and move in harmony with their own rhythm — one breath at a time.

Rita Gonçalves
SWÁSTHYA YÔGA
A lifelong student, Rita fell in love with Yôga in 2011, when she began her personal practice. In 2018, she started her professional training in SwáSthya Yôga and has since continued to deepen her knowledge through other Yôga traditions, courses, and workshops. With an integrative and respectful approach to the ancient teachings, her classes combine pránáyáma - conscious breathing, Kriyá - purification techniques, ásana - physical practices, yôganidrá - relaxation, and samyama - meditation.
Each session is unique, designed to awaken body and mind, and to create a space for inner listening and self-discovery.
Through this ongoing journey of awareness and transformation, the practitioner draws closer to their essence, gains clarity about their role in the world, and begins to make more conscious choices.
This is where Yôga becomes a way of life — reflected in daily living.
The body becomes stronger, the mind more flexible, and life less chaotic.Yes, Yôga is for you!"

Gabriela Oliveira Camões
HATHA YOGA
Gabriela has been practicing yoga for several years. Her journey began through reading, which eventually inspired her to explore yoga at its source. She completed her teacher training at The Yoga Institute in Mumbai — the oldest yoga institute in the world, founded in 1918 by Shri Yogendraji, whose vision was to make yoga accessible to all and place it in service of humanity.Gabriela’s teaching is rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga, complemented by the thoughtful use of props to help students safely and effectively find their way into each asana. During her time in India, she immersed herself in yoga philosophy, studied the body’s systems and their connection to practice, and deepened her understanding of pranayama and kriyas.
Her approach is grounded and inclusive: she believes yoga is for everyone, and that any reason to practice is a good one. There’s no need for a mystical motive — the benefits of yoga reveal themselves naturally through consistent practice.
Alongside teaching, Gabriela continues her academic path in law, focusing on human rights and international law, after several years of working in the fashion industry.
