    Dayana Tsvetkova

    HATHA & RESTORATIVE YOGA

Dayana is the founder of Purna Yoga, a space rooted in presence, care, and the quiet power of personal practice. Her journey with yoga began in 2012 and gradually became a way of living — offering strength, steadiness, and emotional clarity.

Her approach has grown organically from her own experience of learning to care for herself, both physically and emotionally. This path has shaped a teaching style that is empathetic, grounded, and adaptable — where movement and stillness are equally honoured.

Before creating Purna Yoga, Dayana spent several years immersed in London’s vibrant yoga community. Today, she shares a nurturing and steady practice that invites each student to return to themselves and move in harmony with their own rhythm — one breath at a time.

    Aimee Maestri

    VINYASA & BIKRAM YOGA

Aimée is a yoga teacher who brings to her classes — and to life — the gentle, conscious, and deeply transformative energy of yoga.

Originally from Florianópolis, Brazil, Aimée began practicing in 2015 with Hot Yoga 26x2 and started teaching in 2018. She later completed Vinyasa training in 2022, deepened her inner work through a Vipassana meditation retreat, and became a Reiki Master — exploring practices that unite body, mind, and spirit.

Certified by Yoga Alliance (200 RYS), Aimée offers classes that are both challenging and compassionate, creating a safe space for all — regardless of age, body type, or experience — to explore their limits and connect with inner balance.

To her, yoga is more than movement. It's a powerful tool for transformation that strengthens the mind, calms emotions, and expands awareness — inviting each practitioner into a warm, holistic journey back to themselves.

    Rita Gonçalves

    SWÁSTHYA YÔGA

A lifelong student, Rita fell in love with Yôga in 2011, when she began her personal practice. In 2018, she started her professional training in SwáSthya Yôga and has since continued to deepen her knowledge through other Yôga traditions, courses, and workshops.

With an integrative and respectful approach to the ancient teachings, her classes combine pránáyáma -  conscious breathing, Kriyá - purification techniques, ásana - physical practices, yôganidrá - relaxation, and samyama - meditation.

Each session is unique, designed to awaken body and mind, and to create a space for inner listening and self-discovery.

Through this ongoing journey of awareness and transformation, the practitioner draws closer to their essence, gains clarity about their role in the world, and begins to make more conscious choices.

This is where Yôga becomes a way of life — reflected in daily living.
The body becomes stronger, the mind more flexible, and life less chaotic.

    Yes, Yôga is for you!"

    Cláudia Graça

    PRECISION & FLOW YOGA

Cláudia is a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor and surfer with a deep appreciation for self-discovery, pránáyáma, and embodied movement. At 29, her path has taken her from international politics to a life rooted in nature, presence, and purposeful teaching.

Grounded in the tantric lineage of Shaivism, Cláudia offers thematic Precision & Flow classes that emphasize alignment, breath, and intentional sequencing. Her teaching fosters awareness, balance, and personal growth, and she brings a warm, integrative approach to every session — whether in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.

Cláudia offers alignment-based classes rooted in intention and breath, blending Precision & Flow with pránáyáma, self-discovery, and therapeutic movement. Her sessions also support surfers with practices that enhance mobility, strength, and body awareness.

Cláudia invites each student to explore their own path through yoga, meeting them with presence and intention wherever they are on their journey.

    Cláudia Florêncio

    SWÁSTHYA YÔGA AND REIKI

Cláudia's yoga journey began as an inward exploration. With a foundation in Swásthya Yoga, she guides students of all ages—children to elders—through practices that honor every layer of being.

In 2019, after experiencing burnout, she left her corporate role in marketing to fully embrace yoga. Since then, she’s continued to study and teach, enriching her classes with influences like Enneadance (enneagram), systemic perspectives, and Reiki. Today, she also brings yoga into schools, sharing its benefits with young minds.

Her classes are poetic and immersive, weaving together breathwork (pránáyámas), postures (ásanas), gestures (mudrás), movement, deep relaxation (yoganidrá), and meditation. Each session ends with a message from the heart.

Cláudia teaches from a place of deep presence and purpose, believing yoga is a shared journey of self-knowledge and consciousness.
    And we’re all in it—together.
