    Dayana Tsvetkova

    HATHA & RESTORATIVE YOGA

Dayana is the founder of Purna Yoga, a space rooted in presence, care, and the quiet power of personal practice. Her journey with yoga began in 2012 and gradually became a way of living — offering strength, steadiness, and emotional clarity.

Her approach has grown organically from her own experience of learning to care for herself, both physically and emotionally. This path has shaped a teaching style that is empathetic, grounded, and adaptable — where movement and stillness are equally honoured.

Before creating Purna Yoga, Dayana spent several years immersed in London’s vibrant yoga community. Today, she shares a nurturing and steady practice that invites each student to return to themselves and move in harmony with their own rhythm — one breath at a time.

    Aimee Maestri

    VINYASA & BIKRAM YOGA

Aimée is a yoga teacher who brings to her classes — and to life — the gentle, conscious, and deeply transformative energy of yoga.

Originally from Florianópolis, Brazil, Aimée began practicing in 2015 with Hot Yoga 26x2 and started teaching in 2018. She later completed Vinyasa training in 2022, deepened her inner work through a Vipassana meditation retreat, and became a Reiki Master — exploring practices that unite body, mind, and spirit.

Certified by Yoga Alliance (200 RYS), Aimée offers classes that are both challenging and compassionate, creating a safe space for all — regardless of age, body type, or experience — to explore their limits and connect with inner balance.

To her, yoga is more than movement. It's a powerful tool for transformation that strengthens the mind, calms emotions, and expands awareness — inviting each practitioner into a warm, holistic journey back to themselves.

    Rita Gonçalves

    SWÁSTHYA YÔGA

A lifelong student, Rita fell in love with Yôga in 2011, when she began her personal practice. In 2018, she started her professional training in SwáSthya Yôga and has since continued to deepen her knowledge through other Yôga traditions, courses, and workshops.

With an integrative and respectful approach to the ancient teachings, her classes combine pránáyáma -  conscious breathing, Kriyá - purification techniques, ásana - physical practices, yôganidrá - relaxation, and samyama - meditation.

Each session is unique, designed to awaken body and mind, and to create a space for inner listening and self-discovery.

Through this ongoing journey of awareness and transformation, the practitioner draws closer to their essence, gains clarity about their role in the world, and begins to make more conscious choices.

This is where Yôga becomes a way of life — reflected in daily living.
The body becomes stronger, the mind more flexible, and life less chaotic.

    Yes, Yôga is for you!"

    Nicole Barros

    YOGA & DANCE

Nicole moves through life as she teaches — with grace, presence, and purpose. A dancer of the soul and a guide of breath and stillness, her path weaves the wisdom of yoga with the beauty of movement. Trained in India and rooted in classical dance, she invites each being to return home — to the body, to the heart, to the now.

Her words echo like a gentle mantra:
“Not even the sky is the limit for your dreams. When you find harmony between body and mind, trust — your light and essence will shine infinitely. Because the mind is the key.”
