Move & Nourish

Move & Nourish

with Isabela Tiefensse
Saturday July 5th | 10:00am - 12:30pm
35€ per person

Join us at Purna for a summer morning of movement, connection, and nourishment — a return to your natural rhythm.

What to Expect

Inspired by the yogic concept of Rta — the pulse of life and cosmic order — this practice invites you to slow down and listen inward. We’ll begin with a gently dynamic flow, designed to awaken the body with intuitive, spacious movement — steady and energising, yet soft. Afterwards, we’ll gather around the table to share wholesome food in a moment of connection and presence.

Schedule

10:00–11:30 | The Practice
A fluid and grounding sequence to:
• Reawaken breath and energy through mindful movement
• Reconnect with inner rhythm through intuitive transitions
• Support the body with nourishing postures and spacious flow

11:30–12:30 | Nourishment & Connection
After class, we’ll share a light, grounding spread to support digestion and connection:
• Seasonal fruit platter
• Homemade energy balls (dates, oats, cacao, peanut butter, seeds)
• Sourdough bread with olive oil, sea salt & hummus
• Infused waters: mint + cucumber, lemon + rosemary

This is a space to slow down, feel, and savour what’s here — both on the mat and at the table.

About Isabela

Isabela has been captivated by spirituality since her early years, with a deep-rooted connection to yoga passed down from her mother's 30-year practice. At the age of 16, she made a resolute commitment to the study of Yoga, and her journey has been unwavering ever since.

With a steadfast dedication, she has cultivated her practice and extended her knowledge, embarking on journeys to India whenever she can to expand her understanding.

Isabela's repertoire includes teaching Ashtanga, Rocket, Vinyasa, Yin, Yang & Yin, Elemental Flow, Mandala, Hatha, Yoga Therapy, Prenatal Yoga, and Yoga for children. However, her heart beats strongest for Ashtanga, a method she embraces and practices daily.

As a teacher and devoted yoga practitioner, Isabela advocates for an educational, inclusive, and accessible approach. Her aim is to help students grasp the profound philosophy of Yoga, delving beyond the physical asanas. In her classes, you'll not only find Asana but also explore Pranayama, Mudras, Bandhas, Kriyas, Meditation, and Yoga Philosophy.

Isabela's teaching is a profound act of sharing and love, nurturing a space where students can unlock their potential, embrace challenges, and find inspiration on their individual journeys.
